OVERVIEW
Welcome to HanoffAir. HanoffAir is a consumer brand operated by RepAir LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The terms “HanoffAir,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RepAir LLC, doing business as HanoffAir.
HanoffAir operates this website and online store, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available to customers (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, AND ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you are using the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, packaging, specifications, and included components may be updated when reasonably necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit available quantities.
Many HanoffAir products are replacement parts or maintenance accessories designed for compatibility with selected third-party appliance models. Customers are responsible for reviewing the compatibility information, model number, product shape, dimensions, and compatible part number before ordering.
A reference to a third-party brand or model is used only to describe product compatibility. Unless expressly stated otherwise, HanoffAir products are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the referenced original equipment manufacturer.
Dyson and related model names are trademarks of their respective owners. HanoffAir and RepAir LLC are independent from Dyson and its affiliated companies.
Compatibility statements apply only to the models expressly identified in the applicable product listing. A similarity in product appearance does not establish compatibility.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements.
An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we provide an order confirmation or otherwise begin fulfillment.
Please review the products, quantities, compatibility information, billing information, and shipping address before placing an order. We may be unable to change or cancel an order after fulfillment begins.
If we reject, change, or cancel an order after payment authorization, we will provide any refund required by applicable law and attempt to notify you using the contact information supplied with the order.

You represent that purchases are intended for lawful personal or household use and not for unauthorized resale, export, or other prohibited commercial activity.
SECTION 4 — BUY WITH PRIME ORDERS
Eligible products may offer checkout through Buy with Prime. Buy with Prime orders may be fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfillment network and may be subject to applicable Buy with Prime checkout, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund terms.
The delivery estimate, return eligibility, return deadline, and available remedies displayed in the Buy with Prime checkout or order details apply to the applicable Buy with Prime order.
Eligible Buy with Prime products may qualify for free returns within 30 days after delivery through the Buy with Prime Online Returns Center.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory Buy with Prime term applicable to a Buy with Prime order, the applicable Buy with Prime term controls for that order to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 5 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error as permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges. Applicable amounts will be displayed during checkout when available.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable order total.
Promotional offers may have separate conditions. If a promotion’s terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms control for that promotion.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping methods, charges, restrictions, and estimated delivery dates are described in our Shipping Policy and, when applicable, displayed during checkout.

Eligible Buy with Prime orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfillment network. The delivery estimate displayed during Buy with Prime checkout is the controlling estimate for that order.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, address problems, high-volume periods, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship an order within the stated time, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.
Risk of loss will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for a product that is lost, damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped when applicable law or our published policies require a remedy.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy:

For standard HanoffAir checkout orders, preference-based returns may require the customer to pay return shipping costs. HanoffAir covers reasonable return shipping when we confirm that an item was defective, damaged during shipment, incomplete, or sent in error.
Eligible Buy with Prime orders may qualify for free 30-day returns through Buy with Prime.
Nothing in these Terms limits a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
SECTION 8 — ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Eligible HanoffAir products are covered by the One-Year Limited Warranty stated in our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy.
The limited warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, subject to the terms, exclusions, claim procedures, and remedies stated in that policy.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, expected reduction in filter performance through ordinary use, clogging, consumable filter media, improper cleaning, failure to dry a washable filter completely, use of detergent when prohibited, misuse, accidents, modification, improper installation, use with an incompatible appliance, or damage caused by a third-party product.
This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an implied warranty, statutory warranty, consumer protection, or legal remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable federal or state law.
SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their original content, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, videos, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to RepAir LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publish, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
HanoffAir names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks, trade names, or other brand identifiers of RepAir LLC. You may not use them in a manner likely to cause confusion about sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Shopify’s names and trademarks belong to Shopify. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No use of a third-party trademark on our website implies affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
The Services may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, fulfillment services, or other functionality operated by third parties.
We do not control every third-party service and do not guarantee that every third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices. You should review those terms before using the service.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that HanoffAir cannot legally disclaim.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, accuracy, or practices of a third-party website.
Accessing a third-party website is at your discretion. You should review its terms, privacy policy, and commercial practices before providing information or completing a transaction.
Questions concerning a third-party product or service should generally be directed to the applicable third party. Questions concerning a HanoffAir order should be directed to HanoffAir.
SECTION 12 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
HanoffAir is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
Sales made through the HanoffAir store are made directly between the customer and RepAir LLC, doing business as HanoffAir. Shopify is not the seller of HanoffAir products and is not responsible for fulfilling HanoffAir’s obligations to customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising solely from a purchase between a customer and HanoffAir. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 13 — PRIVACY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers may process personal information to provide hosting, payments, checkout, fraud prevention, fulfillment, analytics, customer service, and other operational functions.
Certain providers may process information in locations outside the customer’s state or country. Additional information is available in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation.
SECTION 14 — CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you voluntarily submit a product review, suggestion, photograph, idea, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant RepAir LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting HanoffAir and the Services.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit the Feedback and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You must disclose any compensation or incentive associated with a review when required by law.
We may moderate or remove Feedback that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise violates these Terms. We are not required to publish or respond to Feedback.
SECTION 15 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical, technical, pricing, availability, compatibility, or other errors.
We may correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.
We do not use this section to avoid honoring a lawful purchase or consumer remedy.
SECTION 16 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
(a) violate a federal, state, local, or international law;
(b) infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
(c) transmit malware, harmful code, or deceptive content;
(d) engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, or abuse;
(e) interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
(f) obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;
(g) collect personal information unlawfully;
(h) send spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized solicitations;
(i) circumvent reasonable access controls or security measures; or
(j) use the Services in a manner that harms customers, HanoffAir, Shopify, service providers, or other users.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement, or threat to the Services.
SECTION 17 — AUTOMATED ACCESS
Automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or software agents may not access or interact with the Services in a manner that violates applicable law, bypasses security measures, creates unreasonable traffic, conceals its automated nature, or interferes with customers or normal operation.
Nothing in this section prohibits lawful accessibility tools, search engine indexing authorized by us, or other automated access that we expressly permit.
SECTION 18 — TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, fraud, unlawful conduct, security concerns, abuse, or legal requirements.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or rights and responsibilities that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
SECTION 19 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated in our One-Year Limited Warranty or required by applicable law, the website and other digital Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that access to the website or other digital Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Products may be covered by the express limited warranty described in our Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy.
Nothing in these Terms disclaims, restricts, or limits any implied warranty, statutory warranty, consumer right, or legal remedy that cannot be disclaimed, restricted, or limited under applicable federal or state law.
Some states do not permit certain warranty exclusions or limitations. In those states, the applicable exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 20 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RepAir LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
This limitation does not exclude liability for obligations under our express limited warranty, refunds or remedies required by law, gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Some states do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of damages. In those states, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 21 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepAir LLC and its officers, employees, and service providers from third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This obligation does not apply to claims caused by RepAir LLC’s own violation of law, negligence, willful misconduct, defective product, or breach of these Terms.
SECTION 22 — SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and severed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 23 — WAIVER, ENTIRE AGREEMENT, AND ASSIGNMENT
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and RepAir LLC concerning use of the Services and supersede prior communications concerning the same subject.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other lawful business transfer, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes concerning these Terms may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.
However, this choice of law and forum does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection, remedy, or right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction when applicable law does not permit that right to be waived.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court.
SECTION 25 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business operations, legal requirements, or policies.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice of a material change.
Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order completed before the effective date unless permitted by law.
